The sliding motion of putting on and taking off the case has irreversibly scratched the metal antenna band of my iPhone. Yeah, I was pissed. I emailed OtterBox to see if I could get a refund today, no response yet. As a result of this highly frustrating fact that the case has actually damaged my phone, when it is supposed to prevent things like that, I purchased the CandyShell Satin from Speck.
