I bought this case a few days after buying my iPhone 4. My husband bought an Otter box. I personally think the Trident case is a lot nicer. I like the side of the case, feels like I have a really good grip and the rubber that is exposed on the back of the phone keeps the phone from sliding all over the area that I keep it in my car. I also like the built in screen protector. I have had several of the screen protectors that they put on for you in the store and they end up getting something underneath it and then it has some kind of bubble or it just starts to peel up. This screen protector is very durable and I haven't have a problem with a "rainbow effect" or the sensitivity of the touch screen. Although, the the covers to the outlet and headphone jack are bulky I haven't had a problem with them being flexible enough to plug into. I love the pink color of this case, and the durability is excellent. I felt like my phone was VERY secure, and the case fit great. (I did not drop my phone while in this case, but my previous case, the Aegis, from this same company, was dropped a few times and my phone was never harmed AT ALL.) The reason I bought THIS case was for the built-in screen protector. I had seen in the reviews that the "rainbow" effect had occured for a couple of people, but I still wanted to give it a shot. Well, I ended up with the same problem, and it was a real turn off for me...in fact, a deal-breaker. Another thing I wasn't crazy about is that the silicone on the back sticks out from the hard plastic so it's not flat...it's uneven. This causes the case to wiggle around when you lay it flat and try to type. That drove me insane. I ended up buying an entirely different case. I had to return the case the same day I received it because it didn't fit my Verizon iPhone 4s properly. It bowed out on the left side and just wasn't snug fitting properly on that side. It didn't matter how I many times I tried to make the phone fit inside it. I really wanted it to fit properly because it isn't a bad looking case. I gave it a 1 star mainly because I found it not properly made and needing to return it. I assume not all of these case are made improperly because some people like it. Maybe I just got a bad one.

This case is as simple as it gets. Amazon Basics means that its Basic yet very innovative. The case is priced very well most Apple IPHONE 4 cases go into the 30 dollor range which is a complete waste of money. Most americans wear Jeans its a popular trend but silicon cases are extremely hard to slip in and out of your pocket and it is annoying because over time it damages expensive cases. I have an Iphone 4 that I use for work. When I saw this as a choice in the Vine program, I jumped on it. Honestly, although there may be more and even better cases out there, for $10 you can't beat this. It protects my phone (top and bottom) and seamlessly hugs the device tightly (yet I am still able to use a headset and fit the charger in easily). I highly recommend this for anyone looking to provide adequate protection for their Iphone, but don't want to spend a lot of money.

This case is just outstanding. The inner bumper case is well made; the cushier next level adds some drop and bump protection; the "exoskeleton" gives hardness and protects the corners (where the phone is most likely to hit when dropped) and the locking holster keeps everything safe and sound on your belt.
This is one of the best cases I've ever seen. The only down side is that it takes a little while to take all THREE cases off (when this is necessary, as in when using some docks), but that also means the case will stay on through almost anything, which can also be a positive.
I would STRONGLY recommend this product to anyone looking to keep their iPhone well protected. In addition, it comes with a screen protector, which I guess means it's 4 cases in one. Nice!

This case provides very good protection for your iPhone. The 3-layer approach is pretty innovative, giving you the ability to go with the slimmer case in a pocket if you needed a smaller profile case. I did drop my phone about 4+ feet onto a tile floor with no damage. The only reason I took a star off was that second layer (silicone rubber)has a coating on it that feels almost velvety. It's sort of a mat finish. It started coming off immediately when I put the third, outer layer on and is rubbing off in area like the ring/no ring switch. This exposed layer is somewhat shiney but, less slick than the velvety coating that's coming off. It's strictly a cosmetic thing but, if bugs you, you could always scratch it off. I read about this problem on the Seidio Convert Combo case which seems to be virtually that same case. It's a good looking case that provides good protection, with good looks, as long as the peeling thing doesn't bug you.

The case was fairly easy to install but taking the it apart was a bit of a challenge but I figured it out. The hard plastic surrounded by the exterior rubber shell and hard plastic backing is very sturdy. The camera flap is easy to open and lock in the open position. The rubber flaps which covers the power input and the ear phone jack is a nice feature for those like myself that ride a motorcycle. It will keep some water out these areas. Docking it may be a bit of a challenge since the case is pretty bulky at the bottom. I will see how that works out when I try docking it with something. You may have to remove the exterior rubber shell to do so.
I am happy with most the case but not to keen on the clip that holds the phone in the cradle. It is a very cheap design and broke on me the 1st day I used it. It has 2 tiny points that connects the clip to the cradle that easily break. I am seeking a replacement of the cradle from Amazon and we will see how that goes.
